A 100g serving contains over 900% RDA of Vitamin K, and 140% of Vitamin C. It contains high levels of both calcium (22% of RDA) and iron (29% of RDA). In addition, Red Amaranth microgreens contain 140% RDA of Lutein which is a carotenoid that helps to protect the eye from damage caused by harmful light which may reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration.
